Cadbury Dairy Milk pays an Ode to Tamil Nadu and their icons with the Launch of its new campaign “Cadbury Iniya Kondattam”

Chennai, May 11, 2023:Cadbury Dairy Milk, India’s favourite chocolate brand announced the launch of their latest campaign Cadbury Iniya Kondattam, which celebratesthe Pride of Tamil Naduby paying an ode to its local icons. The campaign featured candid, fun and nostalgic conversations between Celebrity Chef and Food Historian Rakesh Raghunathan and 5iconic celebrities— cricketing legend Dinesh Kartik, actress Priya Bhavani Shankar, rapper and singer Arrivu, actress and singer Sivaangi Krishnakumar, and renowned chef Damu.
For the first episode, cricket sensation Dinesh Karthik shared his favourite moments from all the matches he’s played. Viewers got an upclose and personal look into his life, as he got candid about his childhood and all his special memories associated with food. He also shared his recipe for Chocolate Halwa with Cadbury Dairy Milk. Priya Bhavani Shankarin the second episode, spoke about her childhood, making her nostalgic about the good old days. She said, “Good Food is equal to Good Mood!” while Rakesh prepared one of her favourite delicaciesChocolate Paruppu Payasam infused with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
Celebrity Chef Rakesh Raghunathan welcomed Rapper Arrivu for the third episode where he reminisced about his favorite native sweets such as Thaen Mithai, Kamarkattu, and Soan Papdi. In this episode, the viewers watched him breaking into an impromptu rap while preparing a sweet delicacy Chocolate Kamarkattu Truffles infused with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
For the fourth episode, the iconic Sivaangi Krishnakumar treated viewers to her infectious enthusiasm as she shared her childhood memories associated with food. She delighted viewers with stories about the first time she had Kakhra, to the pani poori she savored in her college canteen, and regaled everyone with her fondest memories. Fans were also in for a sweet surprise as they watched her skilfully prepared a sweet delicacy, Choco Nut Mittai, with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
Tamil Nadu’s favorite Chef Damuappeared in the final upcoming episode where viewers got to know their favorite chef up close – right from his life experiences to inspirational fragments from his lifestyle. That’s not all! The revolutionary chef also shared his innovative recipe Chocolate Pongal infused with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
These special Cadbury creations will be available for consumption across 50 outlets in Chennai including Writer’s Café, French Loaf, Hot Breads, Ganga Sweets and Sangeetha Veg Restaurant.
