Urvashi Saikia, with 10 plus years of experience from hotel & resort chains
has joined Novotel ibis Chennai OMR as Learning & Development Manager. She
had worked with top brands such as Onyx Hospitality Group- Maldives, Taj
Hotels & Resorts- India, Outrigger Hotels & Resorts-Maldives, Apeejay
Surrendra Park Hotels (The Park), Clarks Exotica Resort & Spa, and Club
Mahindra Holidays in various roles.
Urvashi holds Masters in Business Administration & Bachelor degree in both
Arts & Hotel Management. Apart from this her achievements include Certified
ServSafe Food Protection Manager, Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified
Psychometric test professional, Certified “Train the Trainer”, Certified
POSH Chairperson and many more.
Keeping herself inspired in her own journey, Urvashi has keen interest in
travelling, yoga & loves to trek. Being a multi-faceted person she is
determined to lead Novotel ibis Chennai OMR on the path of success in
learning & development.
