situatedclosetoChennai’sbiggestIThub,Siruseri.Spreadacrossapproximately 20acres,thislandparcelisestimatedto haveadevelopmentpotentialof0.5Millionsquarefeet.TVSEmeraldwillbedevelopingpremium plotsinthislandparcel.
