*Chennai, August 2026: Avichi College of Arts and Science, Chennai, is set to host FINTECH 2030 – Building India’s Trusted Digital Financial Future on 21 August 2026, marking the launch of its Five-Year International Conclave Series focused on FinTech, digital innovation and trusted financial ecosystems.*
The event is being organised with the support and encouragement of our respected Secretary, Mr. A. V. M. K. Shanmugam, and will commence with the Welcome Address by our Principal, Dr. N. Bhuma.
The conclave is envisioned by its Conclave Directors, Mr. Balasubramaniam M, GCC Leader, CEO, Board Member, Investor, StratInfinity – AI First GCC Enabler, and Mr. Ramkumar N, Director, ITWare LLC, Dubai and Professor of Practice, Avichi College of Arts & Science.
The Inaugural Session will be graced by Amb. T. S. Tirumurti, Professor, IIT Madras; Former Ambassador of India to the United Nations, New York; and Former Secretary to the Government of India, as the Guest of Honour, along with the Conclave Director’s Address by Mr. Balasubramaniam M.
The conclave will feature a series of keynote addresses, expert panels and interactive sessions. Mr. Mahesh Ramachandran will deliver the Keynote Address on “The Confluence of AI + FinTech – From Digital Finance to Intelligent Finance,” followed by Mr. Lenin Velu, who will deliver a Keynote Address on “Trust First.”
The Expert Panel – “Future of Banking Beyond Branches” will be moderated by Mr. Jubran Siddique, TEDx Speaker, United Nations, and CEO & Founder, Zaryah Angels Pvt. Ltd., with panellists Mr. Vetrivelan AB, Partner, Big 4; Mr. Gobinath Padmanadhan, Founder & CEO, Yosaney Fintech Pvt. Ltd.; and Mr. Srinivas Lingam, CEO, Centrico.
An Expert Address on “From Job Seekers to FinTech Innovators: Building Startups in the Age of AI” will be delivered by Mr. Ghanshyam Ahuja, Group CEO, VC VSaas Global.
A Fireside Conversation titled “The New SUNAMY of AI – Age of Innovative Quantum Computing Era” will feature Mr. Kannappan Chetiar, Founder, Sunamy.AI, in conversation with Mr. Ramkumar N.
The Expert Panel – “AI & FinTech – The Autonomous Finance Era” will be moderated by Ms. Sangeetha B, Founder & CEO, ThinkInfinity, with panellists Mr. Nathan, CISO, Equitas Bank; Mr. Avinash Karn, Senior Director – AI, PayPal; Mr. Sathyanarayanan Chandrasekaran, CISO, Sundaram Home Finance Ltd.; and Mr. Venugopal, CISO, Cholamandalam.
The Future Leaders Fireside Chat will feature Mr. Vijay, Founder, GoldPE.AI, moderated by Ms. Shangamithra, III B.Sc.
A TEDx-style Session on “Unified Platform from India to the World – Reimagining the $1.3 Trillion Global Money Movement Economy” will be delivered by Mr. Uthayashankar, CTO, Finaara.
The Expert Panel – “Digital Public Infrastructure – India’s Secret Weapon” will feature Ms. Shakila Banu, AGM, RBI; Mr. Balasubramiam, DPO, TMB; and Mr. Ayyappan, Partner, Big 4, with Mr. Ramkumar, StratInfinity, as moderator.
The conclave culminated with a Valedictory Ceremony, graced by Mr. Srikanth V, CEO, ICT Academy, as the Chief Guest. The ceremony featured an insightful Chief Guest Address, the Conclave Summary by the Conclave Director, Mr. Ramkumar, and the Closing Remarks by the Secretary, Mr. AVM K. Shanmugam.
The conclave will provide students with valuable exposure to emerging opportunities in FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Banking, Cybersecurity and Digital Entrepreneurship, while creating meaningful interaction between academia and industry.
