VELAMMAL EXCELS IN CHESS!
Master Mritunjay Mahadevan, Class 9 of Velammal Vidyalaya, Alapakkam has made an incredible win by clinching the Gold medal in under 14 category in the Online Asian Nations Cup ( Boys & Girls) Chess Championship-202 held recently.
This Championship was organised by Chess Federation of Sri Lanka on behalf of Asian Chess Federation through Tornelo platform, wherein
19 teams participated.
