A joyous bon voyage – Casagrand rewards 700 employees with a week-long trip to Switzerland
~The trip has been organized for celebrating the achievement of last year’s sales target of 2903 crore~
Chennai, 28th November 2022: Building a culture of inclusivity and acknowledging efforts, Casagrand, one of South India’s leading real estate developers, is taking 700 of its employees for a 7-day long trip to Switzerland. The trip has been organized to mark the achievements of last year’s sales target of 2903 crores. The company has always been at the forefront of spearheading new and innovative policies to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction at its finest.
Titled as the ‘Big Bonanza’ initiative, each employee who has contributed her/his best effort to the company is rewarded with a trip abroad along with two months’ salary as bonus. Last year, upon achieving the target, the company took 700 and 900 of its employees to Dubai and Abu Dhabi respectively. Previously, as part of this initiative employees were taken to London, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia as well.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Arun Kumar, Founder, and Managing Director, Casagrand, said, “At Casagrand, we respect our employees as family members – how in a family everybody works hard for achieving a goal and then celebrate together, likewise at Casagrand throughout the year we hustle together for achieving our goal and then celebrate the achievement by going on a vacation together. ‘Big Bonanza’ initiative was launched in 2013, since then except one year every year, we have achieved our target which also includes the immediate year after COVID-19 pandemic. The year-on-year achievements of sales target shows the commitment and hard work of our employees; hence this trip is only the tip of the iceberg in comparison to the efforts they have put in all year round, making it a much-deserved trip.”
The employees from all zones such as Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Dubai will be flown to Switzerland where they will be taken to famous tourist destinations Mount Titlis, Black Forest, Rhine Falls, Interlaken, Zurich, Lucerne and many more exotic places. The entire trip cost which includes air tickets, accommodation, sightseeing, meals will be borne by the company.
