VELAMMAL EXCELS IN KARATE
Miss Bhavatharini CJ, Class 6 of Velammal Main School, Mogappair Campus, had participated in the National Open Karate Championship 2022 and edged her name in the 1st position for two events, Individual Kata and Team Kata in 11-13 years Brown Belt category held at NTR Municipal Indoor Stadium, Guntur Andhra Pradesh recently.
This National level event was organised by Shito Ryu Kai International Karate DO Academy, India.
Her profound passion in Karate has paved her way to win at the National level at a young age, further qualifying for the International level Tournament scheduled in August 2022, Hyderabad.
